At Daniel Wellington, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. All returns must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the request and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your watch or jewelry in its original display box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
