How long does shipping take and how can I track my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective films and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are Daniel Wellington watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces have a water resistance of 3ATM, meaning they are resistant to splashes and rain. However, they should not be worn while showering, swimming, or diving.
How do I change my watch strap?
Every watch comes with a small tool in the bottom of the case. Use this tool to compress the spring bars, allowing you to easily swap between our leather, NATO, and mesh straps to suit your style.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible financing.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all Daniel Wellington watches are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects on the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
